Toyota has officially announced that the i-Road 3-wheeler will be launching in Grenoble, France as a part of a carsharing program. The program is a part of a “Smart City” network that will be active for three years.
If you haven’t heard about the i-Road, it’s Toyota’s latest take on smart transportation. It’s a fully electric, tiny, enclosed, machine that brings a new meaning to “point A to point B” transportation. Its small size and incredible efficiency combined with its maneuverability (just look at how it whips around turns) makes it an easy choice for commuters that can’t justify owning a car or just want a cool way to get to work.
